New book published Amherst Media and edited by Lou Jacobs Jr that features one of my photos on the cover! The first chapter of the book also features my work and an interview with me about my photography experiences.

The interview is a little dated (it was done about a year ago) and of course there’s some fairly heavy editing (never ever never would I use the term “wildfire-fighter crews”) and these days I actually prefer to work with an assistant despite what the book says. And I almost never read PDN or Marie Claire.

But, taken with a grain of salt (I’m a former journalist so I’m used to editors)– it’s pretty cool to not only be featured in a book, but also to have scored the cover photo. Pre-orders being accepted now (book is available at amazon, borders, etc) with shipping in January.
