Shot a bunch of running photos this past weekend. This is a sample. I actually brought a six foot ladder with me and that seemed to be good for getting a slightly higher angle (second and fourth shots). I’m pleased with the results considering it was a last minute shoot and we just had a big open field to work with.

I really should keep this spinner bike and ride it daily. But I’ve only ridden it a half dozen times in the last year so I’ve decided to get rid of it. Model not included.

Few shots from last night. Shooting hula hoopers is fun. It looks better on video to me so shooting stills is challenging. Obviously I’m dragging the shutter here.

Sample of some the photos finished up this weekend as part of a model portfolio shoot. We shot a huge variety of photos for this shoot ranging from fitness to lifestyle to swimwear.

When you hire me for a shoot, you don’t just get an assembly line shoot. You get a customized shoot tailored to your needs, the weather, and whatever we can shoot fast and efficiently so you end up with a variety of photos to choose from. For example, it was sunny outdoors on the day of the shoot in these photos, so we ended up outdoors to take advantage of the clear weather.

So on this photo shoot, we ended up shooting around 1200 photos! I’ve been editing like crazy and have it down to less than 600 now with more to chop. No joke – it’s tough to edit photos. Probably the toughest part of a photo shoot for me to be honest.

Charday can jump! Makes sense, she’s a basketball player. We didn’t have a ball or setting for a basketball shoot so we came up with some jumping shots instead. Once I finish editing this shoot, I think it will work nicely as a series. Here’s a sneak preview.
