black lab goes to the beach

Couple of notes about this video. First off, a friend a photo of my young dog Bridger (he’s eight and half months old in this video) on Facebook. My dog had a collar on that was huge. It was from my previous dog. My friend Tina Stinnett felt bad for Bridger, so she bought him a new collar. Thanks Tina!

I promised to send her photos and the photos ended up turning into an entire video. Which is cool because this was Bridger’s first trip to this particular beach (my favorite beach in Oregon). It was also the beach where I shot about 30 seconds of video of my previous dog which turned out to be the only video I have of that dog. So this time I wanted to make sure to do it right. ‘Cause the video will definitely outlive the dog!

Anyway, this was made just for fun so enjoy!

  1. Pete-
Thanks for making this great video! He’s really growing fast now but I’m glad we decided on the medium sized collar for Bridger. Looks like one size up would have been too big for him. What a fun boy to have beside you. I’m sure the two of you have a lot of fun together and my goodness he’s so active. Great to see the Oregon coast too.

  2. Glad you like the video, Tina. We sure do like the collar! He’s going to fill out a lot still but for a while yet, he’ll be lanky. And yeah, he is very active! Most energetic dog I’ve ever had and he’s only nine months old.

so much energy!!! I puppysat a black lab puppy and man are they a handful!

  4. So much energy! I’ll walk him for an hour and he’ll come home and dig a hole in the middle of the lawn to decompress!
