Ten years ago today I brought home a black lab puppy. The photo on the left is me holding him on our first day together. He was only the size of a large cat!
The photo on the right is his first camping trip that summer– it rained on us. Some things never change in the Pacific Northwest.
But aside from the weather, much has changed in both the world and my life this past decade. For example, I’m no longer shooting film (which is what these photos were shot on). The dog is a lot bigger than a cat these days. And the internet and computers are a lot faster (it was all dial-up those days and my main computer had a whopping 1GB harddrive!)
